Finding a good recipe for your protein shake can make all the difference. I know so many people who avoid protein shakes all together because they think they taste bad, but in reality, they’re just not adding the right stuff! I have so many go-to shake recipes but this one has been one of my favorites for a long time!
Ingredients:
-1 scoop chocolate protein powder (mine linked here)
-handful spinach
-1/4 frozen banana
-1 tsp coconut extract
-1 tsp hazelnut extract
-1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1/4 cup water (add more or less depending on the thickness you’re wanting)
-4-6 ice cubes (this amount depends on how thick you want your shake)
*Optional: add shredded coconut to top it off*
Directions:
-Add all of the above ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth/consistency you desire!
If you need more calories in your shake, try adding one of the following:
-1/4 cup dry oats
-1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
